Klute's in Havixbeck

Anyone who loves cake (sometimes something special - not just the well-known), a good coffee or tea in the cozy atmosphere of a lovingly furnished café or a beautiful garden, the stop here is a must. A worthwhile destination for a break by bike or motorcycle. The boss has her heart in the right place. Very unfortunate that the café has to go into lockdown - luckily very few offer a pick-up service, even if it is not the same experience ....

A very cozy café that is furnished with attention to detail. In the cottage garden you sit between box hedges, close to the road, but still very nice. Very tasty homemade cakes. Definitely try Klutes Apple Pie with Cream. 😋

The cake was quite good and the service very bad, although there was little going on. I don't think they need customers. Addendum: We entered the garden from the outside, overlooking the washed-out floor arrows towards the entrance. The waitress looked extremely unfriendly and said: Take the front entrance like the others. I was shocked and wanted to leave immediately, but my friends persuaded me to stay. However, that was not worth it because the unfriendliness remained ...

Nice location. The only drawback ... The outdoor area is difficult to drive with a walker because of the gravel / grit on the paths, which is a shame. But otherwise to be recommended.

Beautiful cafe with a great rose garden Cake not gourmet quality but fine. The coffee is often not hot. The cream is good, but could be even better. The entire staff is very gracious. The ambience is beautiful. What is extremely annoying are always without Announcement, changing opening times. Last week at 1 p.m. today without notice again from 2 p.m. It is unprofessional.

Bad day caught or has the cafe subsided? In the end I was there with the old boss. Ambience is the same but something is missing. Soaked cake and inedible sweet chocolate ... the brewery next door looked worn out. Vill only lacked sunshine. But as previously torn down 100km only for Klute, no that is no longer worth it.

So incredibly comfortable! The home-baked cake is terrific (but unfortunately not vegan). And now you can already sit in the garden.

Great cozy café with delicious homemade cakes (apple pie, gooseberry meringue, peach sour cream, buckwheat cranberry ....)! When the weather is nice, it can be kept outside in the well-tended garden and in warm summer rain in the winter garden. In winter you like to snuggle up on a sofa near the burning fireplace. On Good Friday we were there to eat Struwen. For guests (like me) who don't like raisins, there were even struwen without raisins. I can only recommend the café! Café Klute is a popular meeting place for cyclists. Also a great stopover for motorcyclists or walkers to linger in the idyllic location for a while.

Nice cafe with a nice outside terrace. Also known from the lust for the country. Next to it is a historic brewery. When you come out of the parking lot at the back, you can get lost in the terraces.
